Related pictures not chosen for inclusion in the text are also included along with computer simulations, presentations, and classroom exercises. Additional presentations will be added over time as they are purged of copyrighted material. Note: it is legal to use copyrighted material from the internet (e.g., explanatory figures found on Google Images) in the classroom, but it is not legal to redistribute the material.
